Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PowerUp Aventura Towing. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Our Services

We provide towing and roadside assistance services in Aventura, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where safety is a concern or where providing service would violate local laws or regulations.

Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay for all services provided at the rates quoted to you before service begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to hold your vehicle until payment is made in full.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location. You must remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before we tow it. We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle during transport. You must have the legal right to request towing services for the vehicle in question. You agree to be present or have an authorized representative present when we arrive, unless other arrangements have been made.

Liability and Insurance

We carry proper insurance and take great care with your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by the condition of the vehicle being towed, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Our liability is limited to direct damages only and does not include consequential or indirect damages.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is on the way to your location, a cancellation fee may apply. We'll explain any fees before you confirm the cancellation.

Disputes

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve it. Most issues can be handled quickly through direct communication. Any disputes that cannot be resolved will be handled according to the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the new terms.
